WHERE IT ALL COMES FROM
Much of what we share through At The Table is shaped by the real work we do each day across our three local businesses in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. They’re a big part of my life, and the reason I care so much about local produce, honest food, and backing British farming in everything we do.
The Meatery – Our craft butchery, working closely with local farmers to source the very best from pasture to plate.
Clock House – Our restaurant, proudly backing British farming by serving produce reared or grown in Great Britain, and local wherever possible.
Alfie’s Deli – More than a deli. We roast our own coffee beans in-house, grinding them fresh for every cup.
